NOVELTY - Composite electrode comprises activated carbon as main body, and graphene layer having thickness of less than or equal to 0.3mm, where activated carbon is provided at the periphery of graphene layer. USE - Composite electrode used for purifying drinking water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite electrode has high strength, prolonged durability and good practicability, and requires low electrolysis power.
