▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A pair of electrode (20,30) is arranged in and exterior of liquid (60) containing an organic compound, such that a gas-liquid interface is interposed. An alternating voltage is applied to the electrodes. A plasma is generated on both sides of the gas-liquid interface and the organic compound is decomposed, to produce graphene dispersion liquid. Thus, manufacture of graphene is enabled. USE - Manufacture of graphene for conductive paint and electrode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is efficiently and simply manufactured even at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, without using heating apparatus or high frequency electric power.
