NOVELTY - Conductive hydrogel comprises a silk fibroin hydrogel distributed with carbon material. The silk fibroin hydrogel comprises a multiple of silk fibroin molecules connected with each chemical bond. The carbon material comprises a multiple functionalized carbon material connected with each other by chemical bond. The functional carbon material is connected with the silk fibroin molecule through the chemical bond. USE - The conductive hydrogel is useful in preparing flexible sensors, preferably strain or stress sensor (all claimed) and is useful on surface and body of human skin thus widely used in flexible robots, flexible electronic skin and real-time health monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The conductive hydrogel: has high cross-linking efficiency, high stable gel mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, pressure sensitivity and good biocompatibility; and is suitable for use on the surface and body of human skin thus can be widely used in flexible robots, flexible electronic skin and real-time health monitoring, etc. field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing conductive hydrogel, comprising (i) dissolving the degummed silk in the silk dissolving solution to form silk fibroin solution; (ii) adding functionalized carbon material into the silk fibroin solution and forming a pre-crosslinking reaction mixed solution; and (iii) adding crosslinking agent into the pre-crosslinking reaction mixed solution to carry out cross-linking reaction.
