▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High oxygen barrier coating film comprises a base film. A coating is formed by coating and curing a high-resistance coating on the base film. The high-resistance coating is formed by compounding an acrylate high-oxygen-barrier coating and a functional substance. USE - The high oxygen barrier coating film is useful for packaging materials. ADVANTAGE - The coating film limits the movement of the molecular chain segment, reduces free volume, reducing or blocking the diffusion path of the oxygen molecule, prolonging the diffusion path of the water vapor molecule, improves the separation of the water vapor molecule, the oxygen and water vapor barrier properties of the base film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the film, comprising configuring high barrier coating, the viscosity of the 300-1000 cps using micro concave reverse coating method, uniformly coating the coating on the base film, where the mesh number is 100-200 meshes and the linear speed ratio is 0.7-1.6, drying the coating film by an oven at 130- 200degrees Celsius for 15-75 seconds, after winding and coating film and placing in curing room to 0.5-6 days at 40-60degrees Celsius.
