Two side parts of the supporting plate are fixedly connected with a supporting rod (6). A left side of a connecting rod (21) is connected with an inner cavity of the working tank. A movable shaft is movably connected with a sliding rod. A right side of the working tank is formed with a groove that is connected with the connecting rod.
