▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified magnesium-aluminum-manganese alloy material contains 4-6 wt.% aluminum, 1-2 wt.% manganese, 0.1-0.2 wt.% neodymium, 0.02-0.03 wt.% molybdenum powder, 1-2 wt.% graphite, 0.01-0.02 wt.% polyethylene pyrrolidone, anhydrous ethyl alcohol and balance magnesium powder. USE - Graphene-modified magnesium-aluminum-manganese alloy material for casting vehicle parts. ADVANTAGE - Polyethylene pyrrolidone and anhydrous ethyl alcohol solution is used as medium to disperse yttrium oxide, thus uniformly covering the component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene-modified magnesium-aluminum-manganese alloy material involving mixing polyethylene pyrrolidone in anhydrous ethyl alcohol, high speed stirring, dispersing graphene in solution with magnesium powder, mixing and grinding slurry in a ball mill for 40-50 minutes, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, completely removing anhydrous alcohol, lower stirring in protection gas, heating to 700-750 degrees C, melting, laying insulation, casting and press forming to obtain the finished product.
