NOVELTY - Flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material comprises thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, flame retardant, carbon nano-tube and/or graphene. The length of the carbon nano-tube is 3-15 microns and the diameter is 50-100 nm and the length of the graphene is 5-15 microns, the thickness is 1-3 microns. USE - The material is useful for cable in charging pile of automobile. ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent scratch-resistant performance, and high flame retardant property and mechanical property, and effectively solves the problem that the charging pile cable scraping problem in the actual use, not easy to scratch white mark, and ensures the flame retardant property can reach UL94-V0 flame retardant grade. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1)preparation of flame retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material, comprising mixing the raw materials, and extruding; 2) cable, comprising a sheath layer, the raw material of the sheath layer is flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material; and 3) preparing the cable, comprising extruding and molding the flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane material.
