NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced, formaldehyde removing bamboo foaming material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 60-70 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene, 1-2 pts. wt. pimelic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. high melt strength polypropylene, 30-40 pts. wt. bamboo powder, 10-15 pts. wt. activated carbon, 1-2 pts. wt. biological bacterium, 1-2 pts. wt. corundum powder, 20-25 pts. wt. copper (II) nitrate, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent AC1601, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 50-60 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution and 1-3 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion. USE - Graphene-reinforced, formaldehyde removing bamboo foaming material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-reinforced, formaldehyde removing bamboo foaming material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 60-70 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene, 1-2 pts. wt. pimelic acid, 10-15 pts. wt. high melt strength polypropylene, 30-40 pts. wt. bamboo powder, 10-15 pts. wt. activated carbon, 1-2 pts. wt. biological bacterium, 1-2 pts. wt. corundum powder, 20-25 pts. wt. copper (II) nitrate, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. foaming agent AC1601, 10-15 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 50-60 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide solution and 1-3 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene-reinforced formaldehyde-decomposable bamboo-plastic foamed material, which involves: (A) adding activated carbon, graphene and corundum powder into sodium hydroxide solution under stirring for 10-15 minutes; (B) obtaining mixture washing with water, filtering and drying at 50-100 degrees C; (C) adding polyacrylate emulsion into copper (II) nitrate solution; (D) adding dry activated carbon and biological bacterium into the mixture for 10-15 minutes, drying at 90-130 degrees C under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a modified mixture; (E) drying bamboo powder at 100-120 degrees C for 6-10 hours; (F) adding dried bamboo powder, pimelic acid and 30-40 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene into high speed mixer under stirring; (G) cooling mixture to 30-50 degrees C for 10-30 minutes under stirring to obtain a mixture; (H) adding modified mixture into mixture, adding high melt strength polypropylene, stearic acid and calcium stearate under mixing for 8-12 minutes; and (I) crushing material, and adding foaming agent AC1601 and zinc stearate under stirring and injection-molded by an injection molding machine.
