DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing lithium manganese-based spinel and graphene flexible composite positive electrode with sandwich core-shell structure, which involves preparing manganese-nickel-cobalt carbonate spherical precursor by co-precipitation method; (2) mixing manganese-nickel-cobalt carbonate spherical precursor with lithium salt compound to obtain spherical lithium-rich manganese-based positive electrode material; (3) mixing spherical lithium-rich manganese-based positive electrode material with oxidized graphite to obtain olefin mixed liquid mixture; (4) dispersing mixed lithium-rich lithium-manganese-based cathode material, and graphene oxide by vacuum filtration to preparing lithium manganese-rich, and graphene composite film with sandwich structure; and (5) reducing lithium-manganese-based spinel, and graphene flexible composite cathode with sandwich core-shell structure at high temperature in-situ carbothermal reduction to lithium manganese-based and graphene composite films; and (6) a method for preparing manganese nickel cobalt carbonate spherical precursor, which involves dissolveed 0.1-1 mole/liter mixed metal salt solution by homogeneously mixed manganese salt compound, nickel salt compound, and cobalt salt compound in deionized water, dissolved carbonate precipitant, and complexing agent in deionized water to obtain 0.1-1 mole/liter carbonate precipitation agent and complexing agent mixed solution, added prepared mixed solution of carbonate precipitant, and complexing agent in mixed metal salt solution, where molar ratio of mixed metal salt carbonate precipitation agent and complexing agent is 1:1:0.1-0.6 under vigorous stirred at stirring speed of 500-1500 revolutions/ minute, and at temperature of 20-50 degrees C for 1-10 hours to obtain manganese nickel cobalt carbonate spherical precursor.
