NOVELTY - Concrete curing agent comprises beta -carboxyethyl acrylate, dodecyl vinyl ether, N,N-dimethacrylamide, 2-methoxyethyl methacrylate, di-tert-amyl peroxide, alkali metal silicate, dodecyl mercaptan, sorbitol derivative and sulfonated graphene. USE - The concrete curing agent is useful in the field of building material maintenance. ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated graphene has multiple beneficial of rapid film formation and wide application range, improves water retention rate, reduces carbonization depth, ensures concrete mechanical property and durability. The method is simple and convenient to use, and has important promotion and application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the concrete curing agent comprising (S1) mixing the four monomers of beta -carboxyethyl acrylate, dodecyl vinyl ether, N,N-dimethacrylamide, 2-methoxyethyl methacrylate and water in proportion to obtain the first A mixture, (S2) adding di-tert-amyl peroxide to the first mixture under stirring conditions at 140 degrees C to initiate polymerization, adding a dodecyl mercaptan to adjust the molecular weight to obtain an organic polymer or copolymer, (S3) adding alkali metal silicate to the organic polymer or copolymer to form a second mixture, and (S4) adding a sorbitol derivative and a sulfonated graphene to the second mixture to obtain the concrete curing agent.
