Through setting PEN film layer a thin film in a graphene film layer is, having the flexibility of graphene is good, rigidity is high, and at the same time using the chemical stability of PEN, acid-resistant alkaline equal are better than other polyester thin film. Setting PEN film layer in surface of the graphene thin film layer, good use of the PEN film layer has good of heat-resistant property, a blocking property, that is, protecting the graphene thin film layer and improves the performance of thin film.
