▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene material involves using waste mangosteen shell as a raw material, crushing dry waste mangosteen shell to obtain waste mangosteen shell powder. The waste mangosteen shell powder is placed in a tube furnace under nitrogen atmosphere, raised temperature to 500-800 degrees C, heated for 1-2 hours, increased temperature to 800-1000 degrees C, kept for 0.5-2 hours, slowly reduced to 25-35 degrees C to obtain pre-carbonized products of waste mangosteen shell. USE - Method for preparing graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene material in simple, environment-friendly, and cost-effective manner, which avoids the large amount of concentrated sulfuric acid by the method of graphite powder oxidation, and realizes continuous industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene material involves using waste mangosteen shell as a raw material, crushing dry waste mangosteen shell to obtain waste mangosteen shell powder. The pre-carbonized product of the waste mangosteen shell is mixed with one or more of zinc nitrate, aluminum nitrate, zinc chloride and potassium hydroxide, and the pre-carbonized product of mangosteen shell waste is combined with zinc nitrate and chlorine. The weight ratio of zinc and potassium hydroxide is 1:1-4, dried in nitrogen atmosphere, placed in a tube furnace, warmed at 500-800 degrees C, heated for 1-2 hours, heated at 900-1200 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours to room temperature to obtain final product.
