NOVELTY - A graphene reinforced aqueous polyurethane high barrier material has multilayer structure, where each layer is formed by drying semi-vulcanized natural rubber emulsion or graphene/aqueous polyurethane emulsion. USE - Graphene reinforced aqueous polyurethane high barrier material used in natural latex condom (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material can be used to manufacture condoms with graphene/polyurethane/natural latex composite structures with excellent barrier properties and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the graphene reinforced aqueous polyurethane high barrier material, which involves (1a) mixing graphene oxide, diisocyanate and N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain mixed solution (A), (1b) reacting the mixed solution (A) to obtain product (I), (1c) cleaning the product (I) to obtain product (II), (1d) drying to obtain isocyanate functionalized graphene oxide (GONCO), (2a) adding GONCO and polyether polyol (p1) into reactor, adding polyester polyol (p2) at the same time, (2b) adding diisocyanate and catalyst to react, (2c) adding pre-chain extender to react, (2d) adding vinyl capping agent to react, (2e) adding a neutralizer to react, (2f) adding deionized water to emulsify under high-speed stirring, adding chain extender and stirring, obtaining graphene/aqueous polyurethane emulsion, (3) preparing semi-vulcanized natural rubber emulsion using natural rubber latex as raw material, adding stabilizer, surfactant and sulfur to react, and (4) forming each layer in the multilayer structure by drying a semi-vulcanized natural rubber emulsion or graphene/aqueous polyurethane emulsion; (2) natural latex condom, which is manufactured by using the graphene-reinforced aqueous polyurethane high barrier material; and (3) preparation of the natural latex condom, which involves passing nitrogen into the graphene/aqueous polyurethane emulsion, placing in room temperature environment, leaving still the semi-vulcanized natural rubber latex, subjecting to high-speed centrifugal filtration, obtaining refined semi-vulcanized natural rubber latex, placing in room temperature environment, leaving still, cleaning with deionized water, drying, immersing in refined semi-vulcanized natural rubber latex at room temperature, taking out and drying, processing in the graphene/aqueous polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, taking out, drying, immersing in the refined semi-vulcanized natural rubber latex at room temperature, taking out and drying, crimping, demolding, and drying.
