NOVELTY - The method involves adding a carbon nanotube, a graphene and a charge additive in organic solvent according to a proportion. Electro-phoresis solution is obtained by a conductive substrate. An anode and a cathode are present in the electro-phoresis solution that is mixed in an external electric field. The carbon nanotube and the graphene are formed in a cathode composite film. The cathode composite film is annealed. The carbon nanotube is provided with a single-wall carbon nanotube and a multi-wall carbon nanotube. USE - Carbon nanometer pipe cathode preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving strong van der waals forces of the carbon nanotube and the graphene, ensuring great and good heat conducting performance of the graphene and increasing emission current density and stability.
