NOVELTY - The method involves adding the oxidized graphene into anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically mixing to obtain dispersed oxidized graphene ethanol solution of the transition metal salt or adding the compound A and the compound B for generating the transition metal salt by chemical reaction, stirring and mixing, placing the mixture in a centrifugal tube to separate, centrifugally washing with anhydrous ethanol, placing the residual suspension in a drying box to dry to obtain the powder-shaped graphene of the transition metal oxide, placing the graphene transition metal oxide precursor in the plasma region of the dielectric barrier discharge reactor, using nano second pulse power supply as the excitation source, introducing working gas into the dielectric barrier discharge reactor and changing the voltage amplitude of the nano second pulse power supply, frequency, rising edge, falling edge and pulse width parameter to generate plasma to process the graphene transition metal oxide precursor. USE - The method is useful for preparing electrode material of graphene transition metal oxide composite electrode in super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method increases specific surface area of the graphene-transition metal oxide composite electrode material and optimizes the capacitance performance of the graphene material of the ultra-capacitor.
