NOVELTY - An engineering retreaded tire tread comprises 80-120 pts. wt. base rubber, 4-7 pts. wt. white carbon black, 30-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 3.5-18.9 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. additive, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. anti-ozone wax and 2-4 pts. wt. tackifier. USE - Engineering retreaded tire tread. ADVANTAGE - The engineering retreaded tire tread has excellent crack resistance, puncture resistance, and adhesiveness of graphene oxide-containing tread layer and old carcass layer, and reduced delamination of tread and carcass of retreaded tire, and can be prepared by simple process.
