NOVELTY - Polyurethane resin comprises 100 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 4-11 pts. wt. toluene diisocyanate, 16-31.5 pts. wt. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 2.5-7.5 pts. wt. chain extender, 4-6 pts. wt. sealing agent, 0.5-0.7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 pts. wet. Wear-resistant additive. The anti-wear additive is made of fumed silica, titanate coupling agent and graphene oxide. USE - Used as polyurethane resin. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane resin has excellent wear-resisting property, breaking strength and elongation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the polyurethane resin, comprising (i) dehydrating polyester polyol and chain extender with 96-99% raw material content, stirring with 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and toluene diisocyanate at 75-85°C for 2-3 hours; and (ii) adding sealing agent, leveling agent, antioxidant, wear-resistant additive and remaining chain extender, and stirring uniformly.
