NOVELTY - Modified and toughened coating raw material liquid for polymer composite explosion-proof door panels comprises 10-20 wt.% toughening modifier, 1-10 wt.% modification auxiliary agent, 1-5 wt.% surfactant, 10-20 wt.% polyester coating, and 55-75 wt.% solvent. USE - Used as modified and toughened coating raw material liquid for polymer composite explosion-proof door panels. ADVANTAGE - The liquid: can meet the needs of use, so that the polymer composite explosion-proof door panel can meet the requirements of light weight and at the same time achieves the performance of resisting detonation wave impact equivalent to the traditional explosion-proof door panel, the modification and toughening treatment process is simple to operate, the thickness of the toughened coating on the surface of the composite explosion-proof door panel obtained by the treatment is uniform, and the performance of different batches of explosion-proof doors is stable, which fully meets the needs of industrialized continuous production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the raw material liquid, comprising (1) taking toughening modifier, modification auxiliary agent, surfactant, polyester coating, and solvent, (2) adding toughening modifier and surfactant into solvent, and uniformly dispersing the toughening modifier in the solvent by ultrasonic stirring to obtain a uniform dispersion A, and (3) adding the modification auxiliary agent and the polyester coating into the dispersion liquid A, and continuing to disperse the mixed liquid by ultrasonic stirring to obtain the product; and (2) modified and toughened treatment method of the polymer composite explosion-proof door panel of the modified and toughened coating raw material liquid, comprising (S1) using plane polishing machine to polish and pretreat the surface of the polymer composite explosion-proof door panel, where the polishing standard level of the door panel surface after polishing is above SPI-B2, (S2) placing the polished door panel in an ultrasonic cleaning pool, taking out after ultrasonic cleaning for 15-30 minutes, placing it into an oven at 40-60degrees Celsius to dry for 1-3 hours to obtain polymer composite explosion-proof door panel that is dry and has a clean and smooth surface, (S3) vertically fixing the door panels obtained in step (S2) side by side in a container with a heating device at the bottom in a group of 5-10, where the distance between the vertically arranged door panels is 0.5-2 cm, then adding the modified and toughened coating raw material liquid into the container, so that the raw material liquid does not pass the top of the door panel, turning on the heating device, controlling the temperature of the raw material liquid at the bottom of the container to be 50-150degrees Celsius, and making the evaporation and drop rate of the liquid level of the raw material liquid in the container to be 5-20 cm/hour, and (S4) after the raw material liquid of the modified and toughened coating in the container has evaporated, taking out the door panel and placing it in a ventilated place to dry naturally, then spraying polyurea coating on the inside and outside of the door panel by a polyurea sprayer, where the thickness of the coating is 3-5 mm, and after completing the spraying, obtaining the toughened polymer composite explosion-proof door panel.
