NOVELTY - A low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cable comprises an outer sheath layer (1), a first steel tape armor layer, a second steel tape armor layer, and multiple wire cores. The wire core includes multiple stranded wires and an inner sheath layer (4). A shock absorption layer is arranged between the first steel tape armoring layer and the second steel tape armoring layer. Multiple wire cores are covered by the second steel tape armor layer. Flame-retardant fillers are filled between multiple wire cores and the second steel tape armor layer. USE - The flame-retardant cable is useful for an urban traffic track and vehicle i.e. car. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant cable has good mechanical property, good protection function, high limit oxygen index, excellent flame retardant performance, low combustion smoke amount, can continuously supply time when burning. The design of the damping layer can well counteract the cable stress, avoids the external force to directly break the lead, and has synergistic flame retardant effect. The protective cable can continuously supply power at high temperature, ethylene propylene diene diene rubber in the outer layer is ozone-resistant, heat-resistant, weather-resistant and aging-resistant performance, phenyl silicon rubber using temperature range with aging resistance and shock resistance, moisture-proof and excellent electric insulating performance.
