NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/iron oxyhydroxide/polyaniline supercapacitor cathode material comprises the adding ammonium persulfate and ferric sulfate to perchloric acid, and then adding graphene oxide aqueous solution to it and stirring until a uniform mixed liquid is formed. The solution containing aniline monomer and sodium citrate as the solute and carbon tetrachloride as the organic solvent is slowly injected into the uniform mixture, and finally left to stand, then filtered, washed, and vacuum dried. USE - Method for preparing graphene/iron oxyhydroxide/polyaniline supercapacitor cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/iron oxyhydroxide/polyaniline supercapacitor cathode material, which has a higher specific surface area, a lower internal resistance and excellent cycle stability, and has excellent cycle stability, higher energy density and power density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using graphene/iron oxyhydroxide/polyaniline supercapacitor cathode material, which comprises (A) preparing the graphene/iron oxyhydroxide/polyaniline supercapacitor positive electrode material, mixing the positive electrode material with acetylene black and polyvinylidene fluoride uniformly and then dispersing in 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and stirring for 2-6 hours to form a stable suspension; and (B) coating the suspension on the foamed nickel and vacuum drying at 60-80 degrees C for 6-8 hours to obtain supercapacitor electrodes.
