▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A ferrite-doped graphene hydrogel composite material is prepared by mixing metal nitrate solution, iron(III) nitrate and sodium acetate, dissolving in ethylene glycol at a molar ratio of 1:2-4:4-5, mixing with graphene oxide aqueous solution and fully stirring to prepare a precursor mixed solution. The precursor mixed solution is added to a reaction kettle, heated to a temperature of 160-220 degrees C for 8-24 hours, reacted hydrothermally, removed, rinsed with water and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Ferrite-doped graphene hydrogel composite material for use as electrode material of supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ferrite-doped graphene hydrogel composite material can be prepared with electrochemical storage performance and excellent stable performance, in simple, convenient and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A ferrite-doped graphene hydrogel composite material is prepared by mixing metal nitrate solution, iron(III) nitrate and sodium acetate, dissolving in ethylene glycol at a molar ratio of 1:2-4:4-5, mixing with graphene oxide aqueous solution and fully stirring to prepare a precursor mixed solution. The precursor mixed solution is added to a reaction kettle, heated to a temperature of 160-220 degrees C for 8-24 hours, reacted hydrothermally, removed, rinsed with water and dried to obtain the finished product, where the metal in metal nitrate solution is cobalt, manganese and nickel and the mol ratio of graphene oxide and metal nitrate solution in graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1:3-4.
