NOVELTY - Flexible graphene transparent gas sensor comprises a pair of rod-shaped graphene are provided in a flat shape, and a graphene are forming longitudinal axis center to connect the pair of graphene which are provided in balanced manner. USE - The gas sensor useful in producing graphene (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects at low concentration of gas with high reliability in bent state, and has transparent and flexible property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing single-layer graphene, comprising (a) supplying hydrocarbons and hydrogen into metal layer to produce graphene, (b) coating a polymer on the graphene, (c) etching metal layer and washing, and (d) removing the polymer; and (2) producing flexible graphene transparent gas sensor, comprising (i) preparing single-layer graphene on metal layer and laminating to form multi-layered graphene, (ii) patterning by photolithography on the multi-layered graphene, (iii) coating a polymer on the patterned graphene and removing the metal layer, and (iv) attaching metal removed layer on top of transparent film and removing polymer.
