▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-grafted acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resin antistatic modified polyethylene terephthalate (PET) belt involves: (1) adding ABS resin to butyl acetate, stirring and dissolving in an oil bath, then adding maleic anhydride, sodium styrene sulfonate and dicumyl peroxide, heat-preserving to react, again adding dicumyl peroxide during reaction, naturally cooling, precipitating with ethanol, filtering, washing, extracting, and vacuum drying to obtain ABS grafted maleic anhydride-sodium styrene sulfonate copolymer; (2) adding aminated graphene and the copolymer to mixer, heating to melt, mixing, reacting, and discharging to obtain sodium styrene sulfonate grafted ABS modified graphene; and (3) evenly mixing PET, the product obtained in step (2), ABS resin and antioxidant 1010 (pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate)) in a high-speed mixer, melting and extruding in a twin-screw extruder, stretching and forming. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-grafted ABS resin antistatic modified PET belt used in preparation of standard fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-grafted ABS resin antistatic modified PET belt, which has excellent mechanical property under the synergistic effect of ABS resin, modified ABS resin and graphene.
