NOVELTY - A graphene-boron nitride composite material comprises graphene sheets, a boron nitride sheet interposed between the graphene sheets and polydopamine linked between the graphene sheets and the boron nitride sheet as a bridge molecule. USE - Graphene-boron nitride composite material is useful as filler for the preparation of a thermally conductive film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-boron nitride composite material has improved thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for producing the graphene-boron nitride composite material.
