▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified copper-zinc composite coating on titanium alloy involves degreasing, pickling, and alkali cleaning on titanium alloy surface, placing alloy substrate in mixed solution of hydrogen fluoride and potassium dichromate for activation to obtain a pre-plated titanium alloy substrate and performing composite plating treatment using activated pre-plated titanium alloy substrate as cathode, copper-zinc plate as anode and plating solution comprising copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, potassium tartrate, sodium citrate, sodium hydroxide, sodium saccharin and graphene oxide and obtaining graphene-modified copper-zinc composite plating layer. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified copper-zinc composite coating on titanium alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly preparation of graphene-modified copper-zinc composite coating with uniform and dense structure. The coating is firmly bonded with the substrate, and has improved hardness and wear resistance on the surface of titanium alloy.
