▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ultra-fast optical nonlinear method for enhancing and converting iron oxide (Fe3O4)-gallium oxide (GO) composite magneto-optical film involves preparing film doped with different concentration of magnetic particles by vacuum pumping filtering method; using prepared composite film for scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet (UV) visible absorption spectrum to characterize shape and structure characteristics; using optical path device to increase magnetic field of different doping concentration of iron oxide-gallium oxide composite film to perform ultra-fast light nonlinear test. USE - Ultra-fast optical nonlinear method for enhancing and converting iron oxide-graphene oxide composite magneto-optical film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to provide ultra-fast optical nonlinear effect of Fe3O4-GO composite magneto-optical film, which is effectively enhanced by regulating intensity and doping concentration of magnetic field, where method has simple process, low cost, mild condition, and uniformly disperse; surface of film is flat, and surface effectively improve and flexibly convert optical non-linear effect, and test light path is simple. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a comparison of XRD pattern of GO film and Fe3O4-GO composite film.
