NOVELTY - A porous carbon-graphene-metal oxide composite material preparing method involves pretreating a natural porous material, disposing the pretreated natural porous material in an oxidized graphene solution for 2-4 hours, drying and again repeating for 5-10 times, and heating to obtain porous-graphene composite material. Metal oxide precursor solution is added to the porous carbon-graphene composite material for hydrothermal synthesis reaction to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing porous carbon-graphene-metal oxide composite material that is utilized in electrode material of super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high specific surface area, high conductivity property, capacitance performance and strength.
