NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/transition metal carbide/nitride (MXene)/polystyrene composite material involves (i) providing MXene aqueous dispersion with concentration 10 milligram/milliliter(mg/ml), dispersing cationic polystyrene resin microsphere in water to obtain cationic polystyrene dispersion, mixing MXene aqueous dispersion and cationic polystyrene dispersion, stirring 45-60 minutes at 300-1000 rotations/minute, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain MXene/polystyrene powder; (ii) dispersing MXene/polystyrene powder in water to obtain MXene/polystyrene dispersion with concentration 1.5-3 mg/mL; (iii) adding aminated dispersion graphene into MXene/polystyrene dispersion to obtain mixed solution at ratio of 1-3:200:1-8, stirring 45-60 minutes at 300-1000 r/min, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain aminated graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite powder, dispersing aminated dispersion graphene in aqueous solution with concentration of 1-10 mg/mL. USE - Method for preparing graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite material used in the field of electromagnetic interference shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite material has excellent electromagnetic interference shielding performance and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/transition metal carbide/nitride (MXene)/polystyrene composite material involves (i) providing MXene aqueous dispersion with concentration 10 milligram/milliliter(mg/ml), dispersing cationic polystyrene resin microsphere in water to obtain cationic polystyrene dispersion, mixing MXene aqueous dispersion and cationic polystyrene dispersion, stirring 45-60 minutes at 300-1000 rotations/minute, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain MXene/polystyrene powder; (ii) dispersing MXene/polystyrene powder in water to obtain MXene/polystyrene dispersion with concentration 1.5-3 mg/mL; (iii) adding aminated dispersion graphene into MXene/polystyrene dispersion to obtain mixed solution at ratio of 1-3:200:1-8, stirring 45-60 minutes at 300-1000 r/min, filtering and vacuum drying to obtain aminated graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite powder, dispersing aminated dispersion graphene in aqueous solution with concentration of 1-10 mg/mL, obtaining aminated graphene in the aminated dispersion graphene; (iv) hot-pressing and forming the aminated graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite powder under vacuum condition or inert atmosphere, obtaining the graphene/MXene/polystyrene composite material, where the temperature of hot pressing and forming is 150-220 °C, and the pressure of hot pressing forming is 30-60 megapascal (MPa) at the time is 0.5-3 hours.
