▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based anticorrossive coating comprises modified graphene, alkyl benzene sulfonate, phosphoric acid, phenolic resin, tetra-ethyl orthosilicate, additive and organic solvent. The modified graphene is prepared by KH550 coupling agent, gallic acid epoxy resin, tetrahydrofuran and sodium borohydride, the weight ratio is 1%. USE - Graphene-based anticorrosive coating is used for corrosion protection of reinforced steel plate and ocean engineering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based anti-corrosive coating has good compactness, enhances the protection effect of the metal substrate, excellent anti-friction and anti-wear performance, by incorporating KH550 coupling agent gallic acid epoxy resin to prepare modified graphene, solves the problem of graphene agglomeration, improves the uniform dispersibility of graphene, so as to improve the antireflective performance of the coating. When it is applied in the marine environment, it can prolong the service life of steel and improve the corrosion resistance of the steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) application of graphene-based anticorrosive coating comprising spraying graphene-based anticorrosive coating on the surface plate; and (2) application of graphene-based anticorrosive coating in ocean engineering comprising incorporating graphene-based anticorrosive coating into the paint, and directly spraying on the surface of the steel of the ocean engineering.
