NOVELTY - Red mud particle electrode comprises carbon and acid-modified red mud in mass ratio of 1-5:1-5. The carbon includes graphite powder, acetylene black, activated carbon powder, graphene and/or carbon nanotubes. USE - The red mud particle electrode is useful for degrading organic wastewater (claimed), and as three-dimensional particle electrode and as catalyst for degrading organic wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The electrode: enhance removal effect of organic matter in water; and achieves purpose of turning waste into treasure and treating waste with waste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Independent claims are also included for (1) preparing red mud particle electrode; and (2) degrading organic wastewater.
