NOVELTY - Preparation of columnar electrode structure of perovskite solar cell comprises etching metal material out of reserved position on plane metal surface, obtaining initial columnar electrode structure, depositing a first carrier transport layer on initial columnar electrode structure surface, and obtaining columnar electrode structure comprising metal electrode core layer and first current carrier transmission layer arranged on side surface of metal electrode core layer in parallel. USE - Preparation method of columnar electrode structure of perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the perovskite battery, with wide application prospect.
