NOVELTY - Hydrogel comprises 10-50 pts. wt. N-isopropylacrylamide monomer, 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 5-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. USE - Hydrogel for culturing cells and preparation of three-dimensional tumor model (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has reasonable compatibility with each raw material component, and excellent temperature sensitivity performance, and exhibits hydrophobicity at cell culture, and promotes cell adhesion on surface and proliferation, and suitable for screening anti-tumor drugs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a hydrogel, which involves: (A) taking N-isopropylacrylamide monomer, graphene oxide and a crosslinking agent, mixing with deionized water, and dispersing by low temperature ultrasonication to obtain a polymer prepolymer solution; and (B) taking the mass concentration of the N-isopropylacrylamide monomer in the polymer prepolymer solution is 10-50%, graphene oxide has a mass concentration of 0.01-0.2%, crosslinking agent has a mass concentration of 5-30%, and polymer prepolymer solution is subjecting in a mold and polymerizing at room temperature to obtain a desired product.
