▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The antenna has a metal phased array provided with multiple metal reflecting blocks that are connected by a graphene connecting point. A tail end of a reflection link is connected with an antenna radiation unit. A bias electrode and a metal grounding layer are formed with an external electric field of the graphene connection point. The bias electrode is used for distributing voltage for each of the graphene connection point which is in conductive state or insulation state, so as to adjust the propagation path of the beam. The bias electrode is located above the graphene connection point, and the metal grounding layer is located below the graphene connection point. The substrate isolation layer is located between the graphene connection point and the bias electrode, and between the graphene connection point and metal grounding layer. USE - Graphene-based beam scanning micro-strip antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna realizes rapid and flexible control of a beam scanning angle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of the beam scanning micro-strip antenna; and (2) a scanning method of graphene-based beam scanning micro-strip antenna. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the graphene-based beam scanning micro-strip antenna. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
