NOVELTY - Preparing graphene involves adding graphite oxide into deionized water to obtain graphite oxide aqueous solution, subjecting generated oxidized graphite aqueous solution to ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-1 hours, and stirring to obtain graphene oxide solution. The obtained graphene oxide solution is treated at 30-50 degrees C and kept for 6-12 hours to remove upper solution. The graphene oxide solution is filtered and dried for 6-8 hours at 70-100 degrees C in water bath. The dried graphene oxide and de-ionized water in ratio 10:2-4 is added to prepare solution, then strong reducing agent is added. USE - Method for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene that reduces manufacturing other metal atoms or residue of harmful substance, simplifies technique, and increases the service life of the device.
