NOVELTY - Aqueous high-solid double-component paint comprises A component and B component. The component A comprises 60-75 pts. wt. epoxy resin emulsion, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. ball-shaped zinc powder, 15-20 pts. wt. flake zinc powder, 1-2 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 2-4 pts. wt. cosolvent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. adhesion promoter, 1-2 pts. wt. thickening agent and 15-30 pts. wt. deionized water, The component B comprises 15-22 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 13-20 pts. wt. phenolic aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 1-2 pts. wt. rheology auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. thickening agent and 5-15 pts. wt. de-ionized water. USE - Used as aqueous high-solid double-component paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous high-solid double-component paint has more excellent curing performance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous high-solid double-component paint, comprising (i) mixing the epoxy resin emulsion, organic bentonite, cosolvent, antifoaming agent, adhesion promoter, thickening agent and de-ionized water uniformly, adding ball-shaped zinc powder, sheet zinc powder graphene, stirring and grinding until the fineness is less than 60 m and filtering by filter screen to obtain the A component; (ii) mixing the aqueous epoxy curing agent, phenolic aldehyde amine epoxy curing agent, antifoaming agent, anti-flash rust agent, thickening agent and de-ionized water uniformly, adding rheology auxiliary agent, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the component B; and (iii) mixing the A component and B component to obtain the mixing liquid.
