▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gold nano-particle surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate coated with nitrogen-doped graphene oxide and detecting rhodamine B, comprises: (1) oxidizing and fragmenting graphite nanofiber synthetic carbon oxygen low nitrogen-doped graphene oxide (NGO): by slowly adding 0.5 g graphite and 2.5 g potassium permanganate into concentrated sulfuric acid solution, mixing, transferring to reaction kettle, introducing in hot constant temperature blast drying box to react for 1 hour at 100 degrees C, adding water and hydrogen peroxide solution, stirring and pouring supernatant, respectively using hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water to wash for many times until the solution is close to neutral; and obtaining graphene oxide (GO); and (2) preparing nitrogen-doped graphene oxide: by adding prepared oxidized graphite dilute solution, ammonia water and de-ionized water, mixing, transferring into reaction kettle, reacting for 10-13 hours at 160-200 degrees C in oven to obtain NGO. USE - The method is useful for preparing gold nano-particle surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) substrate coated with nitrogen-doped graphene oxide and detecting rhodamine B. ADVANTAGE - The method is good for improving stability of the SERS substrate and the repeatability and reliability of the SERS signal.
