NOVELTY - Polyethylene film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene, 20-30 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 3-5 pts. wt. shell powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. phytic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. octaphenyl cage silsesquioxane, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. composite antibacterial agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3 pts. wt. montmorillonite and 4 pts. wt. toughening agent. USE - Used as polyethylene film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high mechanical strength, good wear resistance, heat resistance, high temperature resistance, good stability, aging resistance, strong antibacterial effect, good ink adhesion and pigment adhesion and does not easily fall off. The method has good performance; and is simple and economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polyethylene film, comprising (i) mixing phytic acid and octaphenyl cage silsesquioxane, polyethylene, polyisobutylene, shell powder, nano calcium carbonate and graphene, and modifying the surface by stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified mixture, (ii) adding the modified mixture, coupling agent, processing auxiliary agent, composite antibacterial agent and antioxidant into a high-mixer, and kneading at 80-100 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixed material, and (iii) adding the mixture material into a conical twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, and extruding the film by a plastic film blowing machine.
