▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and N,N-dimethylformamide are mixed. P-aminostyrene and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide are added to mixture, stirred and filtered, to obtain solid product of amino-modified styrene graphene oxide. Amino-modified styrene graphene oxide and cyclohexanol are mixed, dispersed, and styrene, divinylbenzene, toluene and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid are added and dispersed, to obtain a reaction mixture. The obtained reaction mixture is introduced to pretreated capillary and cured, to obtain graphene oxide-bonded capillary electrochromatography monolithic column. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-bonded capillary electrochromatography monolithic column (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene oxide-bonded capillary electrochromatography monolithic column by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide and N,N-dimethylformamide are mixed and ultrasonically dispersed at 20-30 KHz for 1-4 hours. P-aminostyrene and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide are added to mixture, stirred at 40-80 degrees C under dark and argon atmosphere for 12-48 hours and filtered, to obtain solid product of amino-modified styrene graphene oxide. The mass ratio of graphene oxide, p-aminostyrene and N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide is 1:2-20:1-2. The content of N,N-dimethylformamide is 1-10 mL/mg with respect to mass of graphene oxide. Amino-modified styrene graphene oxide and cyclohexanol are mixed, ultrasonically dispersed at 20-30 KHz for 1-4 hours, and styrene, divinylbenzene, toluene, radical initiator and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid are added, ultrasonically dispersed at 20-30 KHz for 10-60 minutes, and nitrogen is purged for 5-30 minutes, to obtain a reaction mixture. The obtained reaction mixture is introduced to pretreated capillary with stationary phase at preset position, and capillary ends are sealed with silicone sealer, cured at 40-100 degrees C for 2-8 hours, and capillary treated, to obtain graphene oxide-bonded capillary electrochromatography monolithic column. The mass ratio of amino-modified styrene graphene oxide, cyclohexanol, styrene, divinylbenzene, toluene, radical initiator and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid is 1:1440-2164:114-455:228-919:650-974:9-11:4.5-5.5. The free radical initiator comprises azobisisobutyronitrile, azobisisoheptonitrile or benzoyl peroxide.
