▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Microwave synthesis of graphene oxide and copper complex polymer composite material, comprises: (i) mixing sulfuric acid and concentrated phosphoric acid, adding potassium permanganate and graphite, reacting under water bath; (ii) reducing the product with hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid, washing with water or organic solvent, vacuum drying; (iii) dissolving inorganic copper salts and organic carboxylic acid in mixed solvent, adding graphite oxide powder and dispersing; and (iv) collecting the product, filtering, washing with water or organic solvent, vacuum drying and calcining. USE - The method is useful for microwave synthesis of graphene oxide and copper complex polymer composite material (claimed) used in the field of adsorption, separation, sensing, catalysis and transportation. ADVANTAGE - The material has Brunauer, Emmett and Teller specific surface area of 500-2000 m2/g (claimed). The method is simple, economical and requires short time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Microwave synthesis of graphene oxide and copper complex polymer composite material, comprises: (i) mixing 95% sulfuric acid and 85% concentrated phosphoric acid in a volume ratio of 9:1, adding 2-6 g potassium permanganate and 0.5-2 g graphite into each 100 ml of mixed acid, then reacting under a water bath at 35-55 degrees C by stirring for 8-30 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature; (ii) reducing the product with hydrogen peroxide and then with hydrochloric acid to remove impurities, collecting, carrying out suction filtration, washing with water or organic solvent, vacuum drying at room temperature to obtain graphite oxide powder; (iii) dissolving 2-20 mmol inorganic copper salts and 2-20 mmol organic carboxylic acid in each 100 ml mixed solvent (water and organic solvent in a ratio of 1:1.5-2), taking copper complex polymer theoretical yield as standard, adding 1-50 wt.% graphite oxide powder into above solution and dispersing ultrasonically, reacting at 90-140 degrees C with microwave power of 500-900 W for 15-180 minutes, then naturally cooling to room temperature; and (iv) collecting the product, filtering, washing with water or organic solvent, vacuum drying at 40-120 degrees C, calcining at 140-220 degrees C to remove foreign molecules and to obtain polymer composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide and copper complex polymer composite material, prepared by above mentioned method.
