NOVELTY - Preparing carbon/carbon composite material comprises e.g. (i) dipping the mixture of graphite-graphene powder and carbon fiber woven felt in the flowable modified petroleum asphalt to obtain the graphite-graphene/carbon fiber woven blank/asphalt impregnated blank; (ii) carbonizing the graphite-graphene/carbon fiber weaving blank/asphalt impregnated blank in the high temperature carbonization furnace under the protection of argon gas gradient heating carbonization, soaking the carbonized blank in the flowable modified petroleum asphalt, carrying out carbonization is in a high-temperature carbonization furnace under the protection of argon at a gradient temperature and repeating the immersion carbonization process until the pores of the preform are densified to obtain the carbon/carbon composite material perform. USE - The carbon/carbon composite material is useful for calcium-magnesium crystallization in electrolytic manganese dioxide process (claimed) and as a cathode material that resists calcium and magnesium crystal deposition in the wet electrolysis process. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easily controls process parameters; produces material obtained with good electrical and thermal conductivity and high strength and surface smoothness is high; and does not easy to form calcium and magnesium crystal nuclei.
