NOVELTY - A polybutylene terephthalate composite material comprises 40-70 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate resin, 20-40 pts. wt. glass fiber, 4-10 pts. wt. modified filler, 1-4 pts. wt. conductive agent, 3-4 pts. wt. toughening agent, 0.4-1.0 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 0.4-1.0 pts. wt. lubricant. The conductive agent is carbon nanotubes and/or graphene. The modified filler is one or more of wollastonite, whiskers and mineral fibers treated by a surfactant. The surfactant comprising liquid surfactant and solid surfactant. The liquid surfactant chosen from one of silane coupling agent and titanate coupling agent. The solid surfactant chosen from one or more of stearic acid, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and fluoropolyacrylate. The mass ratio of liquid surfactant to solid surface agent is 1:1-3. USE - Polybutylene terephthalate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polybutylene terephthalate composite material has excellent anti-warping function, meets requirements of precision machining and high static products, excellent electrical and mechanical properties, and has excellent antistatic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polybutylene terephthalate composite material, which involves (1) adding polybutylene terephthalate and toughening agent to the high-speed mixing tank at 400-500 rpm for 1-2 minutes, adding antioxidant, lubricant, modifying material and conductive agent, mixing for 2-4 minutes in twin-screw extruder, adding fiberglass, mixing, and cooling.
