NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate e.g. silicon substrate and aluminum oxide substrate, comprising a base plate surface coated with gas sensitive material. A sensing component comprises a reducing graphene coated cobaltosic oxide composite nano fiber, where thickness of the sensitive material is 1-100 micrometer. USE - Ammonia sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high response, better selectivity, sensitivity, and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an ammonia sensor preparation process.
