NOVELTY - Preparing polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide modified polyurethane involves taking tetrahydrofuran as a monomer, boron trifluoride diethyl etherate as an initiator, epichlorohydrin and glycerol/water (the volume ratio of glycerol to water is 1:2) as a co-initiator, introducing nitrogen, mechanically stirring for 6-7h, adding deionized water, continuously mechanically stirring for 2h, then carrying out vacuum drying for 5h to obtain polytetrahydrofuran triol, mixing the polytetrahydrofuran triol with polypropylene glycol, triethanolamine, organic silicon oil, ultrapure water, triethylene diamine and stannous octoate, adding the polytetrahydrofuran triol into a beaker, reacting with toluene diisocyanate for 8-12s, and then placing at room temperature for free foaming to obtain polyurethane, dissolving the polydimethylsiloxane in the solvent normal hexane, then adding the polyurethane obtained in graphene, adding 5-10ml of glutaraldehyde. USE - Method for preparing polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide modified polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide modified polyurethane with good adsorption effect on organic pollutants and can be recycled for 20 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide modified polyurethane involves taking tetrahydrofuran as a monomer, boron trifluoride diethyl etherate as an initiator, epichlorohydrin and glycerol/water (the volume ratio of glycerol to water is 1:2) as a co-initiator, introducing nitrogen, mechanically stirring for 6-7h, adding deionized water, continuously mechanically stirring for 2h, then carrying out vacuum drying for 5h to obtain polytetrahydrofuran triol, mixing the polytetrahydrofuran triol with polypropylene glycol, triethanolamine, organic silicon oil, ultrapure water, triethylene diamine and stannous octoate, adding the polytetrahydrofuran triol into a beaker, reacting with toluene diisocyanate for 8-12s, and then placing at room temperature for free foaming to obtain polyurethane, dissolving the polydimethylsiloxane in the solvent normal hexane, then adding the polyurethane obtained in graphene, adding 5-10ml of glutaraldehyde, crosslinking for 5-10 at room temperature, then putting it into the mould to completely soak for 5-10 hours, taking out and putting in 65-85℃ box curing for 1-3h, preparing polydimethyl siloxane/graphene modified polyurethane. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a polydimethylsiloxane/graphene oxide modified polyurethane.
