▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves ultrasonically adding graphene to ethyl alcohol solution, and dissolving and stirring uniformly crystal stannic chloride in 70 milliliter of deionized water. A composite material is centrifuged, water washed, and dried in a vacuum drying oven, and the obtained composite material is maintained in argon atmosphere under 500 degrees centigrade to prepare tin dioxide graphene nano-material. A glassy carbon electrode is ultrasonically cleaned for 5 minutes. The tin dioxide graphene nano-material is arranged in a modified film. USE - Method for preparation of an electrochemical biosensor sensitive film for measuring different concentration of glucose (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing simple synthesis technique and better catalytic ability.
