NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite material comprises mixing aminated graphene with thermally conductive material, performing preorientation treatment, mixing with the resin powder and performing secondary orientation treatment. USE - The material is useful for preparing graphene composite thermally conductive plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent longitudinal thermal conductivity in both the plane and the vertical direction is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene composite material obtained by above method; and (2) preparing graphene composite thermally conductive plastic, comprising pulverizing graphene composite material, stirring and melt-extruding with fibrous fillers, where the mass ratio of the graphene composite material to the fiber filler is 90-100:0-10.
