▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing automobile engine hollow tube involves (a) soaking waterglass, graphene and tetrabutyl titanate in dilute sulfuric acid, washing and drying, (b) subjecting expanded vermiculite, (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, graphite and hydrochloric acid solution to contact reaction and filtering to obtain an activated modifier, and (c) mixing neoprene, fluororubber, polycaprolactam, cyclodextrin, kaolin, beeswax, sulfur, sodium stearate, zinc chloride, sodium tungstate, modified silica gel and activated modifier and molding to obtain the hollow tube. USE - Method is useful for preparing automobile engine hollow tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of the automobile engine hollow tube with excellent mechanical strength, oil resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing automobile engine hollow tube involves (a) soaking 100 pts. wt. waterglass, 1-1.8 pts. wt. graphene and 2.5-3.2 pts. wt. tetrabutyl titanate in 300-500 pts. wt. dilute sulfuric acid, washing and drying at 500-550 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain a modified silica gel, (b) subjecting 100 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, 5-10 pts. wt. (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, 3-8 pts. wt. graphite and 150-200 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid solution to contact reaction at 80-90 degrees C for 8-12 hours and filtering to obtain an activated modifier, and (c) mixing 100 pts. wt. neoprene, 55-62 pts. wt. fluororubber, 17-28 pts. wt. polycaprolactam, 8-13 pts. wt. cyclodextrin, 10-15 pts. wt. kaolin, 22-29 pts. wt. beeswax, 10-17 pts. wt. sulfur, 3.5-8 pts. wt. sodium stearate, 5-9 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 5.5-8.5 pts. wt. sodium tungstate, 21-26 pts. wt. modified silica gel and 30-34 pts. wt. activated modifier and molding to obtain the automobile engine hollow tube. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the automobile engine hollow tube prepared by the above method.
