▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene oxide-based membrane has a substrate and layers of single-layered graphene oxide is formed on a surface of the substrate. The layers are functionalized by diamine functional group. An Interlayer spacing between two adjacent layers of graphene oxide is greater than or equal to 10 A. The substrate is a porous conductive substrate comprising a porous carbon-based conductive or carbon fiber substrate. The spacer molecule comprises methanediamine, ethylenediamine (EDA), and p-phenylenedium. The interlayer spacing is 5.5-7 A. USE - Graphene oxide-based membrane used in regenerative dialysis system for reconstituting spent dialysate. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-based membrane has high regeneration efficiency, and provides improved membrane for use in a regenerative dialysis system. The membrane is capable of removing uremic toxins, heavy metals and waste from spent dialysates, and minimizes waste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method of forming a graphene oxide-based membrane; and (2) an electrocapacitive unit. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view the interlayer spacing of a graphene oxide-based membrane.
