NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-based protein filler comprises (a) preparing graphene-based amino resin by (a1) taking amino resin monomer, placing into a reactor, adding water, adjusting the pH, stirring and reacting for 30-45 minutes at 60-80 degrees C, adding formaldehyde solution, reacting for 30-45 minutes, adding sodium bisulfate, reacting for 30-45 minutes, cooling, adjusting the pH, drying to obtain hydroxymethylated amino resin, where the solid content of formaldehyde solution is 35-40%, and (a2) taking hydroxymethylated amino resin, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 30-45 minutes, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide mixed with hydroxymethylated amino resin into a reactor, adjusting the pH, stirring and reacting for 60-90 minutes at 40-45 degrees C, cooling, drying to obtain graphene-based amino resin and (b) taking collagen powder into a reactor, adding water and graphene-based amino resin, adjusting the pH, stirring and reacting for 60-90 minutes at 40-45 degrees C, cooling and drying. USE - The graphene-based protein filler is useful for recycling the leather waste. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the relative molecular weight of collagen protein; improves crosslinking protein selective filling of protein filler; reinforces filler; and prepares graphene-based protein filler for leather re-tanning and filling, which recycles the leather waste and improves the physical and mechanical properties of the leather. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene-based protein filler comprises (a) preparing graphene-based amino resin by (a1) taking amino resin monomer, placing into a reactor, adding water (8-12 times), adjusting the pH to 9-10, stirring and reacting for 30-45 minutes at 60-80 degrees C, adding formaldehyde solution, where the mol ratio of amino resin monomer and formaldehyde is 1:1.5-1:3, reacting for 30-45 minutes, adding sodium bisulfate (0.08-0.12 times), reacting for 30-45 minutes, cooling, adjusting the pH to 7-8, drying to obtain hydroxymethylated amino resin, where the solid content of formaldehyde solution is 35-40%, and (a2) taking hydroxymethylated amino resin, adding 0.0005-0.001 times graphene oxide (8-12 times), ultrasonically dispersing for 30-45 minutes, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide mixed with hydroxymethylated amino resin into a reactor, adjusting the pH to 6-7, stirring and reacting for 60-90 minutes at 40-45 degrees C, cooling, drying to obtain graphene-based amino resin, and (b) taking collagen powder into a reactor, adding water (8-12 times) and graphene-based amino resin (0.8-1.2 times), adjusting the pH to 6-7, stirring and reacting for 60-90 minutes at 40-45 degrees C, cooling and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of graphene-based protein filler, comprising taking blue wet leather, shaving, sequentially softening and rinsing the wet blue leather, retanning by adding water (1.5-2 times) and chromium tanning agent (0.02-0.04 times), rotating at 30-35 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, adding graphene-based protein filler (0.02-0.04 times), rotating for 45-60 minutes, adding sodium formate (0.01-0.02 times), rotating for 40-60 minutes at a pH of 3.6-3.8, stopping the drumming overnight, rotating at 30-35 degrees C for 30-45 minutes, neutralizing, filling by adding water (0.8-1 times), graphene-based protein filler (0.06-0.1 times) and naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate (0.01-0.03 times), rotating at 30-35 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, adding graphene-based protein filler (0.06-0.1 times), naphthalene sulfonic acid condensate (0.01-0.03), and rotating at 30-35 degrees C for 60-90 minutes, dyeing, fatliquoring and performing chromatography.
