Used in, e.g., portable information terminal, such as a mobile telephone, a smart phone, a notebook-type computer, a portable music player, a digital camera, and a medical device, as well as in clean energy vehicles, e.g., a hybrid vehicle, an electric vehicle, and a plug-in hybrid car. ADVANTAGE - Prevents fall of cycling characteristics due to repeated charging and discharging, raising safety of the electrical storage apparatus.
