NOVELTY - A joint lubricant comprises 85-95 pts. wt. mineral base oil, 15-25 pts. wt. nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-5 pts. wt. hexachlorocyclopentadiene, 3-5 pts. wt. ethanedithiol, 5-10 pts. wt. propolis extract, 5-10 pts. wt. seaweed extract, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. modified zircon powder, 1-3 pts. wt. methyl carbamate, and 2-4 pts. wt. benzimidazole. USE - Joint lubricant for injection molding machine. ADVANTAGE - The joint lubricant is prepared easily by simple process at low cost, with excellent abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, anti-foaming ability, sealing performance, high cleanliness, and adhesion property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of joint lubricant for injection molding machine, which involves adding graphene, modified zircon powder, and methyl carbamate into a heat preserving bag, high-voltage pulsed electric field treating for 35-50 minutes, taking certain amount of mineral base oil, heating at 65-75 degrees C, adding nonylphenol ethoxylate, hexachlorocyclopentadiene, ethanedithiol, propolis extract, seaweed extract and benzimidazole, ultrasonically stirring for 30-45 minutes, adding high-voltage pulsed electric field treated remaining raw material, and high-speed shearing for 35-55 minutes.
